🍃 Looking to be present while being in nature?  Looking to participate in something as you are? Vent Over Tea is hosting an outdoor yoga session with Vanessa and Kesha! Back for another season, it is Kesha and Vanessa’s first collab class this summer. ☀️

With a strong belief that the physical aspect of yoga is about honouring your own unique body, Vanessa and Kesha welcome everyone and anyone to this class.  There’s a lot of research being done about the mental health benefits of movement, as well as the physical ones. You will be encouraged to move in a way that feels good to YOU! ❤️

There will be many options throughout the session so that each person can choose for themselves and explore a posture that suits you, rather than to cram everyone into the same shape for the sake of aesthetics. Together, there will be fun sequences, a safe space for exploration, all while being in the presence and beauty of nature. 🌸

🎟 This event is free with a suggested donation of $10. You must reserve your spot at the following Eventbrite link where you can also give a donation.

About the hosts:

Kesha Foster’s pronouns are she/her. She is a certified yoga teacher and specialises in Vinyasa and Yin yoga. She believes yoga has the power to unite, transform and heal.

Kesha decided to pursue a life as a yoga teacher in order to share the benefits of yoga because it really helped shape the person she is today.

She has been teaching since 2010 and loves helping people move their body in smart and effective ways. Bodies vary from person to person and Kesha helps people discover their strengths, while working on their weaknesses.

Vanessa Belzile’s pronouns are she/her, and she is a certified yoga teacher and FRC Mobility Specialist.

Yoga had a profound effect on Vanessa’s mental and physical health and it helped change her life. Yoga inspired her to share the benefits and tools with others and guided her to this path.

Vanessa has been teaching since 2008. She’s passionate about creating fun and sustainable yoga and movement classes. She includes lots of options in every session, no matter the style, to help people tailor the practice to suit their unique needs.
