Join us for Breathe, Move, Reflect: An Evening of Grounding, a beginner-friendly yoga and meditation workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and explore emotional awareness in a supportive and nurturing space.

Led by certified yoga instructor and mental health nurse Robin, this gentle session will guide you through grounding movement, centering breathwork, and moments of self-reflection. With prompts designed to help you tune into your body and emotions, you’ll leave feeling more present, supported, and connected—with yourself and others. 🧘‍♀️✨

This workshop is about more than just movement—it’s an opportunity to reflect on what you’re holding, what you’re ready to release, and what you may need space to express.
