Have you heard about the growing field of ecotherapy? Would you like to learn more about how connecting with nature can foster mental health and well-being? 🌳🌿🍃

Join VOT on Tuesday, January 17th at 6PM for a virtual “Introduction to Ecotherapy” workshop. Facilitated by (eco)psychotherapist Dr. Eric Windhorst, this workshop will illustrate the intimate connection between mental health and nature connection, and will provide a safe space for you to explore how (re)connecting with your inner nature (your true, authentic self) and outer nature (the wider, more-than-human world) can promote deep healing and growth.

🎟️ This event is free with a suggested donation of $5. You must reserve your spot on the following Eventbrite link where you can also give a donation…/introduction-to-ecotherapy…
