Did you miss our journaling workshop in February? Are you interested in learning how journaling can benefit your mental health and overall mental wellness? Want to hone your skills and techniques? ✍️

VOT is pleased to host our fifth journaling workshop once again with the wonderful Claire Suisman 💚

🗓️ Mark your calendars, November 13th from 11AM-12PM! Join us for a comprehensive virtual workshop focused on how to utilize writing and journaling as a form of self care to improve your mental wellness. This workshop is aimed towards beginners, but open to all.

The event will be led in English by Claire Suisman ✨and you will have a list of writing prompts available to download when the event ends 💚

In this 1 hour workshop, Claire will discuss the benefits and barriers of writing and introduce writing techniques and exercises that incorporate basic wellness practices, for an interactive and hands-on afternoon of writing and sharing 📓

About Claire:

Claire Suisman is a recent McGill psychology grad and a former Vent Over Tea listener. She has been leading therapeutic journaling workshops for the past three years and plans to become a therapist. In her spare time, she enjoys running, reading, cooking, and making memes.
