Looking for a practice to calm and balance yourself ? Join Vent Over Tea for our free online recorded yoga class, led by Allison Ulan. This hour-long practice is an opportunity to join Allison, a certified senior yoga instructor with over 25 years of experience to practice mindful movement.

This yoga class is suitable for everyone, with or without yoga experience. Just grab your favourite yoga mat and enjoy the practice with us from ~the comfort of your living room~. You can access this class anytime you wish!

About Allison:

Allison Ulan B.F.A. E-RYT 500 YACEP has been instructing Yoga and Meditation since 1996. She created Ashtanga Yoga Montreal and A Balanced Approach Yoga Teacher Training Programs which has motivated and trained thousands of people in Mindfulness and a healthy Yoga lifestyle. Currently she offers Soma Yoga classes online and in person. You can participate in her classes to receive direct guidance or view her classes on her youtube channel, Yoga Essentials with Allison. Plus, she continues to offer training in the integration of somatic movement therapies and Hatha Yoga. Her mission is to offer Somatic Yoga to support people to embody health and balance.
