🎵 Are you interested in learning how to incorporate music into your relaxation routine? Want to know more about the benefits of music for stress reduction and how it can benefit your mental wellbeing?

 🎹 Join us for a 75 minute music session with de-stress and relax with Charlotte and Vent Over Tea. Charlotte has a background in Music Therapy and will design a playlist for us to listen and enjoy together.  Learn more about incorporating music into your relaxation routine to reduce stress and improve your mental well-being.

This interactive workshop will begin with a special music playlist, and then time where we can share your experiences and ask any questions you may have. By the end of the workshop, you will leave with a better understanding of how music can be used as a tool for relaxation and some practical tips on how to incorporate it into your daily routine. So join us and let’s explore the power of music together! 🎻
