Mental wellness practices for caregivers to manage stress, isolation, and guilt, while ensuring you’re feeling supported.
Join AMI-Quebec and Vent Over Tea in the second event of our three-event series “Helping the Helpers: Tools for Caregivers”, a series aiming to empower caregivers with knowledge and resources to navigate their roles with greater confidence and mental well-being. Through interactive workshops and a supportive community, we’ll explore strategies for managing caregiving challenges, addressing mental health concerns, fostering mental wellness practices, and connecting caregivers with community resources.
Stress, feelings of isolation, and guilt come up often as we look out for someone in ill health or struggling with their mental health. This virtual workshop will explore how you can build your resiliency and find your wellness practices. We will map ways that you can ensure you are supported too, so that you aren’t pouring from an empty cup.
