A photo walk around the Plateau neighbourhood – gather with like-minded people, move with intention, and get in touch with your surroundings

Vent Over Tea is collaborating with our very own volunteer and local artist, Saria Chatila and Montreal-based photographer Pavlo Tull to bring you along on the third edition of our photo walk… this time, taking place in the fall 🍂

🚶Walks are a great way to get in touch with your surroundings and move with intention. They can also be used every day to maintain mental wellness. Walks promote the release of endorphins, which overall improve your mood and reduce stress levels.

Let’s collectively slow back down after the busiest season of the year and ground ourselves into the present moment through creativity and exploration. This photo walk invites you to observe your surroundings and the world around you by capturing genuine, spontaneous moments in real time.

We’re looking forward to walking through the Plateau neighbourhood with you in Montreal.

About the hosts:

Saria Chatila is a multidisciplinary artist based in Montreal. Her work explores culture, identity, mental health, and what it means to be human. Working with Vent Over Tea has allowed her to put her passion for mental wellness towards creating spaces for others to show up for themselves, while meeting like-minded people.

Pavlo Tull is a Montreal based photographer. He views photography as a way to connect with people and to places. His preferred medium is film because it offers a certain degree of uncertainty, much like what we find with life in general.
