Gather & Ground II

Gather & Ground II
Vent Over Tea is collaborating with our very own volunteer and local artist, Saria Chatila and Montreal-based photographer Terrie Reyes to bring you along on the second edition of our photo walk… this time, taking place during sunset 🌅
Walks are a great way to get in touch with your surroundings and move with intention. They can also be used every day to maintain mental wellness. Walks promote the release of endorphins, which overall improve your mood and reduce stress levels.
This photo walk is inviting you to slow down and ground yourself at a time of the year when the pressure to make plans and be on the go is unstoppable. Let’s collectively take a pause to show love to the present moment, be mindful and get creative together while exploring the beautiful Mile End neighborhood in Montreal.
Reminder: this event is open to all : )
This event is free with a suggested donation of $5. You must reserve your spot at the following Eventbrite link where you can also give a donation https://www.eventbrite.ca/e/187939450957
