Understand caregiving, the impact on our own health, and the power of community support.

Join AMI-Quebec and Vent Over Tea in the first event of our three-event series “Helping the Helpers: Tools for Caregivers”, a series aiming to empower caregivers with knowledge and resources to navigate their roles with greater confidence and mental well-being. Through interactive workshops and a supportive community, we’ll explore strategies for managing caregiving challenges, addressing mental health concerns, fostering mental wellness practices, and connecting caregivers with community resources.Being there for someone through illness or mental health struggles isn’t easy.

This virtual workshop explores the many roles of caregivers—whether providing emotional support, assisting with medical care, managing finances, or helping with daily tasks. Together, we’ll reflect on what it means to be a caregiver, when it becomes “too much,” and how to navigate the challenges while finding meaning in the role. Through open conversation and shared experiences, we’ll create a supportive space to explore what truly helps and the power of being in community with others.
