Join us for Breathe, Move, Reflect: An Evening of Grounding, a beginner-friendly yoga and meditation workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and explore emotional awareness in a supportive and nurturing space.
Led by certified yoga instructor and mental health nurse Robin, this gentle session will guide you through grounding movement, centering breathwork, and moments of self-reflection. With prompts designed to help you tune into your body and emotions, you’ll leave feeling more present, supported, and connected—with yourself and others.
This workshop is about more than just movement—it’s an opportunity to reflect on what you’re holding, what you’re ready to release, and what you may need space to express.
