Meet your panelists and their areas of expertise:
Danielle Levy is a Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner, and Certified Nutrition Consultant based in Montreal. Practicing since 2012, Danielle specializes in plant-based diets, mindful eating, and gut health. She offers comprehensive holistic (whole-person) nutrition programs, which include nourishing recipes that she develops. Her individualized approach focuses on the development of healthy eating and lifestyle habits, as well as a supportive relationship with food.

Ventsislav Tomov is a licensed psychotherapist with graduate training in psychology and psychotherapy, as well as experience working with culturally diverse populations in various settings on two continents. He is a member of Order of Psychologists of Quebec, the OTSTCFQ, the Psychedelic Support Network and the European Psychotherapy Association. He focuses on helping clients via traditional and alternative treatment modalities such as nature-based therapy.

Josee Luz is a personal trainer and has been in the fitness world for over 25 years. Her main focus as a certified coach is to make fitness inclusive and sustainable for all body sizes, ages, and abilities. Josee believes that the best way to achieve this is by removing the pressure of looking good and shifting the focus to feeling good and balanced. It is possible to find pleasure in movement, experience the benefits, and eventually add it to your lifestyle.

Louise Campbell is a composer-performer, teaching artist, artist coach and cultural worker. In each of these roles, Louise seeks to build community and connection between people by exploring creative processes with everyone, regardless of age, ability, level of prior experience, or training. Louise is project lead for ELAN’s Mental Health Initiative, team member of ELAN ArtEd, and project lead for the Canadian New Music Network’s Participatory Creative Music Hub.

For 20 years, Robert McFadden has coached people from all walks of life to achieve outstanding results in their personal lives, careers, and businesses. His clients include doctors, lawyers, artists and entrepreneurs. One of Robert’s areas of expertise is mindfulness, which he integrates into his coaching approach. By cultivating mindfulness through everyday practices, Robert’s clients are better able to manage stress, increase focus, and develop a greater sense of well-being.
