A warm and welcoming environment connecting caregivers with local organizations offering support and resources.

Join AMI-Quebec and Vent Over Tea in the last event of our three-event series “Helping the Helpers: Tools for Caregivers”, a series aiming to empower caregivers with knowledge and resources to navigate their roles with greater confidence and mental well-being. Through interactive workshops and a supportive community, we’ll explore strategies for managing caregiving challenges, addressing mental health concerns, fostering mental wellness practices, and connecting caregivers with community resources.

This resource fair event will connect caregivers directly with local organizations offering practical resources like active listening, peer support groups, and mental wellness strategies. Whether you’re looking for advice, community, or simple ways to recharge, this fair provides you with the resources to care for both others and yourself.

✨ Active Listening Booth: Vent Over Tea volunteers trained in active listening will be available in a quiet space to offer caregivers a safe place to share and discuss their experiences. 
✨ Support Group Info & Sign-Up: Details on local support groups and workshops, including opportunities to connect with ongoing mental health services for caregivers (featuring AMI-Quebec).
✨ Event Series Recap: A brief overview on the Helping the Helpers event series, covering key insights on what it means to be a caregiver and mental wellness tools for caregivers.

About AMI-Quebec 👥
AMI-Quebec is a non-profit organization that helps families manage the effects of mental illness through support, education, guidance, and advocacy. AMI-Quebec helps family caregivers cope with mental illness in a loved one.
