Caregiver Resources

In April 2025, AMI-Québec and Vent Over Tea partnered together on a series of events for caregivers:  ”Helping the helpers: Tools for caregivers”

The 3-event series included 2 virtual workshops to better understand the role of caregiving, recognize potential mental health challenges, and access a variety of tools to navigate the complex realities of caregiving, as well as a resource fair where community organizations gathered to introduce their services.

Am I a caregiver?

If you feel responsible for making sure someone is okay, you can benefit from support for caregivers.

Caregiving is something that half of all people will do at some point in their life, but we aren’t really taught how to handle it. Your circle of support are people you can turn to for help, including organizations providing resources and services to help you on your caregiving journey.
