‘Paint & Sip: Visualizing What Words Can’t Touch’ invites you to slow down and express what words often can’t capture by giving shape, color, and texture to your inner world.
Using eco-conscious cardboard canvases and a variety of art supplies, you’ll have the space to create freely. Whether you’re interpreting joy, anger, loneliness, or something entirely your own, this is an opportunity to externalize what often lives deep inside.
Held under the gazebo at Centennial Park, this event blends gentle reflection, artistic expression, and community connection. No experience needed, just a willingness to explore what’s going on inside. Following the artmaking, we’ll open space for optional group sharing and wind down together with care and community.
Let your emotions take form, and sip something soothing while you’re at it!
