Vent Over Tea is excited to be collaborating with Shari and Terrie, community organizers and artists from Filipinos of Montreal, to bring you along on our biannual photo walk, taking place in the Cote-des-Neiges neighborhood. 🍂
🚶Walks are a great way to get in touch with your surroundings and move with intention. They can also be used every day to maintain mental wellness. Walks promote the release of endorphins, which overall improve your mood and reduce stress levels.
This photo walk invites you to immerse yourself in the changing season, capturing the scenes and stories that speak to you through your lens, while also meeting new people and building meaningful connections along the way.
We’re looking forward to walking through Cote-des-Neiges neighborhood with you!
