VOT is pleased to host our third writing therapy workshop! ✨
Join us March 28th 5-6pm for a comprehensive virtual workshop about how to utilize writing and journaling to benefit your mental health and well-being. This workshop is aimed towards beginners, but open to all!
It will be led in English by Claire Suisman
We will discuss the benefits and barriers of writing and introduce writing techniques and exercises that incorporate basic wellness practices, for an interactive and hands-on evening of writing and sharing. All you need is a pen and paper! 📝
